• Offline Transactions: For features operating in "Offline Mode," data is stored locally on your device browser or hardware cache. We are not liable for data lost due to local hardware failure prior to synchronization.

• Subscription Terms: Certain features or branch capacities are subject to paid subscription tiers. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to premium features may be restricted at the end of your current billing cycle.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for 100% uptime and precise reporting, we do not guarantee that the analytics or reporting will be entirely error-free, or that the offline mode will seamlessly bridge all hardware configurations.

In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption—arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All UI components, design templates, slider visuals, graphics, logos, and software code utilized on this website and within the application are the exclusive property of our platform and are protected by copyright laws.
